This data is gathered from publicly accessible sources and is the foundation of our directory.
Form Submissions
When you submit an inquiry form, claim a profile, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company or brand name, and the content of your message. We also collect optional fields such as campaign type and budget range.
Technical Data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) may automatically log your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use this data solely for security and operational purposes and do not use it to build behavioral profiles.

3. How We Obtain Data
Creator and agency profiles are built from publicly available information on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Twitch. We do not access private accounts, purchase third-party data lists, or use unauthorized access methods. User-submitted data (inquiry forms, claim requests) is provided voluntarily by you.

Public profile data is retained as long as the directory operates. Inquiry form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for operational purposes, then deleted. 8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

BeSocial is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
