All phenomena in the world are illusions without substance, and the Buddha explains this in the Diamond Sutra as “same form and empty space.” All phenomena occur in causal relationships and are perceived differently through our senses. “Zen meditation” is a method of calming the mind and controlling emotions, helping to reduce obsession with suffering and find inner peace. Helpful. Ultimately, everything depends on oneself, and maintaining a pure mind is the way to resolve suffering.
