Parkour

Parkour

No money and no equipment? No problem with Parkour. You train in the city using the most efficient means possible to get from point A to B. Participants in Parkour use their bodies and their surroundings to get where they are going, vaulting railings, jumping across rooftops, or climbing fire escapes. It's a non-competitive activity that you can do alone, but like most things, it's better with a partner. Add Parkour to your list of interests and find a new training partner.
